If you experience a technical difficulty with the application form, please contact Perpetual Philanthropic Services on 1800 501 227 during business hours or email philanthropy@perpetual.com.au and quote your application number.

Navigating the application form

On the left hand side of every screen, there is a menu with links directly to each page in the application. You can also click 'Next Page' or 'Previous Page' on the top or bottom of each page to move forward or backward through the application. Do not click on the 'back' button in your webpage as this will remove the work you have just completed.

Saving your draft application and returning later

You can press 'Save and Close' at any point and log out. When you log back in, your draft application will be saved under 'Applications in progress' and you can continue where you left off. Please ensure you save as you go by clicking 'Save Progress' regularly.

Submitting your application

The submit button is on the final page. You will not be able to submit your application until all the mandatory questions (marked *) are completed.

When you submit your application you will receive an automated email indicating that your application has been submitted. This will be sent to the email you used to register. Please contact us if this email has not been received.

Completing an application in a group/team

A number of people can work on an application using the same log in details as long as only one person is working at a time. Ensure you save as you go.
